Article 15gf of Shield 4.0 provides that during the period of the epidemic threat or epidemic status announced due to COVID-19, the parties to the non-competition agreement in force after termination of employment, an agency contract, a mandate contract, another service contract, a contract for a work for which a ban on competitive activity has been established may terminate it within a period of 7 days.


The meaning of this provision applies above all to contracts concluded with employees whose scale of occurrence is incomparably greater than any other non-competition agreement. On the other hand, it seems that a significant proportion of competing clauses include the possibility of termination. At most, there is no notice of termination within seven days.
