The fact that EU subsidies have changed Poland is beyond doubt. The fact that EU subsidies are based on mature legal acts of the Union itself is also beyond doubt. The fact that subsidies sometimes have to be returned – the entrepreneur finds out about it in the most unexpected way. We are taking such an agreement for an EU subsidy. The deal is large.
Everything is in it. But there is one thing missing. Namely, that when I sell the company, they will make me pay back the subsidy. For example, a big one will buy from a small entrepreneur. What it comes from? From the interpretation. Can you find out from the documents?
Can not.
So how to find out? The only way is to ask what the agency that manages the funds thinks about this. In the book entitled “Pharaoh” (excellent thing, I tell you) to the regretful questions that began with the words “By what law” there was one general answer: “By such a law that the worthy Dagon ordered so.”
