Payment gridlocks

At the beginning of 2020, the amendment to the Act of 8 March 2013 on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions entered into force, which, moreover, changed to the extent that it changed its name (previously it was the Act on payment deadlines in commercial transactions). The Act is radical in enforcing payment deadlines, which particularly applies to terms used by large debtors, towards creditors who are small and medium-sized entities. In the case of such an act, you never know how much trouble entrepreneurs will make, the more so that the main change concerns the adding to the act of imperious and strict powers of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. The effects of the act would be postponed by nature, but also in this case the plague or pandemic made the issue of the effects of the act even more vague.

The expectations of our customers meant that we worked out the subject thoroughly, building a separate portal zatoryplatnicze.pl on this background.
