Reading Constitution

Supporters of the so-called “culture of life” (what a nasty hypocrisy) that I am listening to, such as Piecha, Terlikowski or Ociepa, use the argument that the judgment of the so-called Constitutional Tribunal results directly from the Constitution, and the so-called Tribunal had no choice. Do we not read the Constitution so much? There is no such provision in the Constitution that “protects life from conception to death.” Anyone can check.

I am a lawyer with thirty years of experience, in my first professional life I was a journalist.
